I highly recommend Lai & Turner Law Firm. I needed assistance with a victim advocacy matter, and Alicia McLean stepped in to help me. She was incredibly empathetic and helped me feel prepared and confident for court. She even met me at the courthouse ahead of time and walked in with me so I didn’t have to face the situation alone. The packet she prepared for my case was very thorough and impressive, especially considering we had only met the day before. I was also impressed that the firm takes calls 24/7. When I called at 8:00 a.m. on a Saturday, I spoke with Jaxon, who was polite, helpful, and informative. I don't think I've ever come across a law firm like this one. Eric and Jaxon, made my problems I was facing in family law, stress free and the outcome was amazing. I had a legal matter in Oklahoma City and had contacted many attorneys to get it resolved. These attorneys, Kaitlin Allen and Jimmy Lai, were the only ones who actually took the time to listen to me and gave me the genuine impression they believed me. Most of the attorneys I contacted mostly just talked at me, didn't even care to listen to me, and questioned me as if were a hardened criminal. They were the only ones who treated me with dignity and respect. They were obviously knowledgeable, which is apparent from the first time speaking with them.
